Meet The Team
Neetan Gour
Co-founder
Neetan is an entrepreneur and distinguished business leader with over 15 years of experience in general management, international sales, and business development. He has a track record of driving growth and innovation through strategic market expansion and key account management.

Neetan has held prominent positions at several companies. As the Country Director for India and APAC at IPD Analytics, he was pivotal in setting up the company's first office outside the US. At Clarivate Analytics (formerly the IP and Science Business of Thomson Reuters), he successfully managed key account business for Pharma/ lifesciences vertical. His tenure at JSS Medical Research (formerly Max Neeman) saw him lead business development initiatives across India, Europe, and other regions.

He holds a PGD in Pharmaceutical Management from ICRI, New Delhi and Clinical Research from Cranfield University, UK. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology (Hons) from CCS University.​
Ganesh Pathak
Co-founder
Ganesh is an entrepreneur and senior leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in the Information Services industry. Ganesh has expertise in operations, product management, business process engineering, strategy, and market development.
Currently, he heads product and operations at InPhamed, focusing on innovative solutions for the generic pharma industry. His career highlights include leading market development for Clarivate Analytics across emerging markets, driving large-scale transformation projects, and managing high-performing global editorial teams at Thomson Reuters.
Ganesh is recognized for his strategic vision, effective communication, and ability to lead organizational change.

Ganesh holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication and MBA in operations. He is PMP and certified six sigma black belt.
Mark Garlinghouse
Advisor
Mark is a consultant, corporate executive and an angel investor. He currently provides consulting services and advisory support to a number of companies in the information and SaaS sectors looking to expand their markets.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the information industry, spending most of that time developing markets in Asia Pacific. Mark has worked with IHS Markit and Thomson Reuters in various leadership roles. Most recently he worked with the IP &
Science businesses of Thomson Reuters as the senior vice president responsible for the Asia Pacific operations.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in East Asian Studies and a Masters in
International Studies.
Torsten Geers
Co-founder
Torsten is an entrepreneur and corporate executive with expertise in software, information services, healthcare, and education technologies. ​An active angel investor in edtech, Torsten advises growth-stage companies on expansion and successful exits.
Torsten has held leadership roles at Cengage Learning, Thomson-Reuters, and SAP AG, where he directed mergers and acquisitions and developed strategic initiatives. He began his career in the United States as a corporate lawyer at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Torsten holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Temple University and a JD equivalent from Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and is a former licensed attorney in New York and Germany.
Vinay Singh
Co-founder
Vinay is a serial entrepreneur and business executive with over 25 years experience.
He has been associated in various general management, sales, marketing and business development roles for companies like Prentice Hall, LexisNexis, Wolters Kluwer, and Thomson Reuters. His last corporate assignment was heading South Asia operations for the Intellectual Property & Science business of Thomson Reuters.
Vinay holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Delhi, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune and attended the Asia Leadership Program at INSEAD, Singapore.
